   All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
   Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeframes
   We offer shipping only in Bangalore,Karnataka with the following estimated delivery times of 2–4 business days
   Remote/Pincode-restricted Areas: May take longer depending on courier reach
   Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
   Delivery Charge is applicable based on the delivery location.
4. Tracking Your Order
   Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
5. Delivery Partners
   We work with reliable delivery partners like Porter,Rapido,Dunzo, and others, to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
6. Undeliverable Packages
   If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you to reschedule shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
   If your order arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with, we are not responsible since we use third party delivery apps.
