Giriramfoods has a fair return policy but says upfront that perishable items like Butter, Paneer, Kova etc CAN’T BE RETURNED.
However, if you do need to return any of our products for reasons that may vary, then you can return the unsatisfactory items UNOPENED to our store at GIRIRAM FOODS 116/3, Margosa Road Between 12th and 13th Cross Malleshwaram, Bangalore – 560003, in exchange of items worth the same value.
* How can I cancel my order?
My customer can decide to cancel the order of certain product ONLY before billing, when the payment is being sought.
However, should you choose to cancel the order immediately after placing the order then the same can be cancelled within 30 minutes ONLY. Thereafter, cancellation shall be initiated and the amount will be credited in the same account from where it’s deducted within 7 to 10 days.
In case of Cancellation, certain transaction charges will be applicable and paid by customer.
